Sourced directly from our own farms in the Western Ghats, Kerala, where the humid tropical climate and traditional farming techniques produce bold, aromatic pepper with high oil content.

Processing
Our peppercorns are washed and lightly boiled to eliminate fungal growth, then sun-dried to preserve essential oils and aroma. The result: 95% full, mature peppercorns free from harmful oils or artificial treatments.
