I. Payment Methods

1. What are the payment methods accepted on Taamco Spices?

We accept payments exclusively for domestic (India) orders through our secure online payment gateway.

Digital Payments (India) - UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.), Wallets (Paytm, Mobikwik, etc.), Netbanking (from all major Indian banks).

Card Payments (India) - All major Credit Cards and Debit Cards (MasterCard, Visa, RuPay, Maestro).

2. Which Credit cards are supported on Taamco Spices?

We accept all Credit Cards issued in India, including MasterCard, Visa, and RuPay Credit Cards.

3. Do you accept international credit cards?

No, at this stage, we do not accept any international credit cards or process payments from international bank accounts. Payments must be made using an Indian bank account or a card issued in India.

 

II. Shipping and Delivery Policy

This policy outlines our procedures and timelines for shipping your spice and gifting orders.

1. Shipment Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
  • If we anticipate a significant delay in the shipment of your order (e.g., due to stock availability or high demand), we will notify you immediately via email or telephone.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • We offer Standard Shipping across all serviceable pin codes in India.
  • Estimated Delivery Time (After Processing): 3-7 business days, depending on the delivery location.
  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to extreme weather, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Order Tracking and Confirmation

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped.
  • The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of dispatch.

4. Shipping Damage

  • Taamco Spices is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
  • If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
